Returns

* All made-to-order (custom-made) abayas are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Returns may be considered for ready-to-wear abayas only, and only in rare and exceptional circumstances, subject to Talle’s review and approval.
* Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
* All original tags, logo labels, and packaging must remain intact and be returned with the item.
* Talle reserves the right to decline any return request if the product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or does not meet the conditions stated above.

Exchanges

* Made-to-order (custom-made) abayas are not eligible for exchange.
* Exchanges are generally not permitted.
* In limited cases, a size exchange for ready-to-wear abayas may be considered, subject to stock availability.
* The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
